Returns & Exchanges
If a piece is not right, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right. This is placeholder wording — edit it in the console before launch.
What can be returned
Unused, undamaged in-stock items in their original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Made-to-measure and custom-sourced pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or differ from the quote.
Damage in transit
Photograph the damage before unwrapping anything further and send it to us the same day. We collect, repair or replace at our cost.
Refunds
Card payments are refunded to the same card within 14 days. Bank transfers are refunded to the account the payment came from.
Collection
We collect from Malé, Hulhumalé, Villimalé and Fuvahmulah. For other islands we arrange the cargo boat and share the cost.
