FAQ

Questions people ask

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Malé, Hulhumalé, Villimalé and Fuvahmulah from our own stock, and every other inhabited island through the cargo boats. For island deliveries we hand over to your boat in Malé and tell you which one and when.

How long does an in-stock order take?

Usually two working days in Greater Malé and Fuvahmulah, once payment clears.

Will it fit through my door?

Every product page has a fit checker for the room and the doorway. If it is close, tell us at checkout and we will plan the lift.

Pre-orders and sourcing

How does a pre-order work?

Choose, reserve with a 50% deposit, we order and ship it, and the balance is due when your piece reaches Malé or Fuvahmulah. Five to eight weeks by sea for most pieces.

Can you source something you do not stock?

Yes — that is our sourcing service. Send a photo or a link and we come back with one price that includes the product, shipping, customs, delivery and assembly.

What if customs values it differently?

We tell you before charging anything extra, and you can cancel for a refund of the difference.

Payment and invoices

How can I pay?

Card through Bank of Maldives, or bank transfer with a slip. Prices include 8% GST.

Can I get a tax invoice for my business?

Yes. Tick the business option at checkout and add your business name and TIN, and the invoice is issued in that name.

Do you offer trade pricing?

Guesthouses, cafés, offices, designers and developers can open a trade account for wholesale pricing and project quotations.
