What we keep
Your name, mobile number, email and delivery address, the orders and quotes attached to them, and the messages you send us. Card details never reach our servers — payments happen on the bank's own page.
Why we keep it
To deliver what you ordered, to issue a tax invoice, and to answer you when something goes wrong. Tax records are kept as long as the law requires.
Marketing
We only send offers if you asked for them, separately for email and SMS. Every message has a way out, and order messages are never marketing.
Getting it removed
Write to hello@hauxliving.com and we will remove what we are not required to keep.
