Questions people ask
- How long does a pre-order take?
- Five to eight weeks by sea for most pieces, depending on the supplier country. Air freight is faster and costs more — ask us for that price before you reserve.
- What if the price changes?
- Your quoted price is fixed once you pay the deposit. If customs values the shipment higher than our estimate, we tell you before charging anything extra, and you can cancel for a refund of the difference.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, until we place the order with the supplier. After that the deposit covers goods already bought for you.
- Do you deliver outside Malé?
- Yes. Fuvahmulah is delivered from our own stock. Other islands are delivered to the cargo boat in Malé, and we tell you which boat and when.
